SAFAR Holdings are the principal investment holding company and promoter of four other private firms that we directly manage and operate. We have a wide range of work areas which include manufacturing, trading, real estate, health, and baking.

Founder
Founder of SAFAR Holdings, he started his lone venture in 1966 with SYDA Industries, a unit that specialised in manufacturing and extrusion of plain plastic films. The company is now known as SYDA Poly Laminates which manufactures laminated poly pouches for various other brands out of which a large majority is food brands. He also served as president of Kerala State Small Industries Association (KSSIA) and also Vice President of Kerala Plastics Manufacturers Association (KPMA) for a span of 15 years.

Chairman
Chairman at SAFAR Holdings, son of Mr TH BADARUDEEN, he started his corporate journey in 2002 by taking up SYDA Poly Laminates, a company that underwent major expansion from 2002-2012 under his guidance. He also established his new unit ORKID Bakes and Foods Pvt Ltd. in 2008 which is one of the leading food brands in Kerala at present and also bought stakes at other companies such as Al Safa bakes which is a well-known bakery brand in Muscat at which he is a managing partner and also at New Alma Hospital, Palakkad in which he serves as the executive director.
